Over these years of professional journey, he has a proven track record in improving Operating Performance , driving organic and inorganic business growth and business transformation.
Ashish Possesses a Degree in Mechanical Engineering with a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management, Diploma in Marketing Management and Diploma in Supply Chain Management

During his professional journey, Ashish has practically applied the Theory of Constraint (TOC) in his role as Operations Head which has resulted in to Operational Overhauls, Propelled process efficiency, lean transformation and expanded business revenues significantly without any major capital Investments.
While working in the senior leadership positions with these companies, Ashish has worked upon extensively on Driving Business Transformation with a focus on improving Net Profit, ROI & Cash Flow , Change Management, Operations and Business Process Excellence, Cost Optimization, Lean Transformation, Strategic planning, Customer Relationship and business growth , ERP Implementation right from evaluation to implementation , Supply chain management, and team development.

Ashish has a sound knowledge in implementing ERP packages – especially for engineering &manufacturing companies – he has good experience and exposure in implementing leading ERP packages such as SAP-S4 Hanna, SAP Business One, Microsoft Navision(Dynamics 365), IFS, BPCIS so on and so forth.
In addition, Ashish has implemented Industry 4.0 and Automation Solutions which leads to real time information sharing, increasing throughput and significant improvement in OEE and PE.
